About Brice
Brice’s journey into yoga began at 18 while studying in London, England. Initially drawn to yoga to help reduce inflammation from years of long-distance running, she quickly discovered a deep, lifelong connection to the practice. Upon returning to the United States, she began studying traditional Ashtanga yoga under Atlanta-based teacher Gary Jones, who guided her through the full primary series and encouraged her to pursue a more profound study of the lineage.
Her dedication led her to become a long-term student of David Garrigues—one of only 47 teachers certified by the late Pattabhi Jois. With David, Brice expanded into advanced studies of philosophy, Sanskrit, pranayama, and chanting, deepening her understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.
In 2015, Brice traveled to Mysore, India to study under Sharath Jois, the current lineage holder of Ashtanga yoga and grandson of Pattabhi Jois. She continues to return regularly to India for further study, including Sanskrit, chanting, and philosophy at KPJAYI under the guidance of Lakshimsha. Brice is currently the only woman in the state of Georgia to hold KPJAYI Authorization, an acknowledgment of both her dedication and her depth of practice.
Beginning in 2018, Brice shifted her focus to teaching workshops and intensives across Georgia. These offerings quickly gained a devoted following and soon became waitlist-only events for serious yoga students seeking authentic, lineage-based training.
When the world entered lockdown in 2020, Brice expanded her teachings online through her growing YouTube channel, Esoteric Atlanta, where she blended her love of ancient spirituality, mysticism, and the esoteric with her traditional yoga background. She has since led two global shadow-work challenges and continues to share her unique perspective as a contributor to Gnostic TV and a regular guest on podcasts and YouTube channels worldwide.
Brice also teaches in-person classes at Sacred Garden Yoga in Georgia and occasionally at Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta. Outside of teaching, she is the founder of The Mysore Foundation, a nonprofit supporting underprivileged children in the slums of India. She has also rescued six Indian street dogs, all now living in loving homes in the United States.
Brice’s Role at Fusion Body Studio
As co-founder of Fusion Body Studio, Brice has created a vast library of exceptional exercise classes and transformative spiritual workshops for our members.
Her offerings combine:
Her vision has helped shape Fusion Body Studio into a holistic platform that supports not only the body, but the mind, spirit, and higher self.
A Life Dedicated to Learning, Service, and Sharing Truth
Brice divides her time between Atlanta, Georgia and Florida with her boyfriend and their beloved Indian street dog, Ravi. She is the proud aunt of two nephews and two nieces—who mostly just think it’s cool that their aunt is on YouTube and co-founded Fusion Body Studio.
Most of all, Brice is grateful for every opportunity to share the deep truths of ancient traditions, spiritual wisdom, and the wonderfully weird mysteries of our world with a global community.
