Her healing journey expanded significantly in 2021 when a transformative experience with a crystal singing bowl awakened her to the profound power of sound. That same year, she completed her Reiki I & II certifications, followed by advanced sound healing training in 2023. These studies deepened her ability to weave together esoteric principles, spiritual science, and vibrational healing into one harmonious practice.

Jennifer’s Midwestern roots—growing up on a farm—have nurtured a lifelong connection to nature. For more than 30 years, she has dedicated herself to gardening, harvesting her own produce for winter and experimenting with new growing techniques each season. Her passion for herbal medicine complements her holistic approach, while her enduring love of horseback riding keeps her grounded and connected to the natural world.

Today, Jennifer offers personalized sound and energy healing sessions that integrate Reiki, sound therapy, and crystal healing.
